dog
We like dogs!
Here at Laxsjöns camping, most of our cabins are dog-friendly, we have nice walking paths and also a dog-friendly bathing area in the shallow Korpeviken.
The facility is frequently used by various dog clubs, NVR and in 2023 we host 3 different SM competitions.
We have a full-size football field and large grass areas excellent for exhibitions and other events.
Cycling
Gravel biking is hot!
If you cycle any of the Union Trail, Sweden Trail or Dalsland Trail, you will pass our campsite. You can stay overnight, take a shower, buy coffee, fill up on air or practice your balance on our technical course. In the summer, our restaurant and pub are open for a pleasant evening! We also work closely with The Dalsland Experience if you wish to book your own guide to get that little extra out of your stay!
Paddling
It’s no secret that Dalsland is known for its enchanting waterways. Perhaps canoeing is the optimal way to experience this easily accessible wilderness. Our campsite is located on its own peninsula in Laxsjön and here you can choose a shorter trip to Baldersnäs and “The End of the World” or week-long paddles in the Dalsland Canal system with adjacent lakes.

– Tip walk.

15:00. We dress and erect the midsummer pole. Then there will be dancing around the midsummer pole with Frank Adolfsson.

– Tip walk at the campsite.
-Mini Golf Tournament at 14:00. Teams are registered at the reception 20 SEK/team, (mini 2 pers. max 4 pers.)

An 18-hole miniature golf course where you can challenge your family and friends.
Canoe
Rent a canoe and experience a wonderful time on e.g. Salmon Lake where there is great fishing too.
